• Where: Boone FLEX (608 Carroll St., Boone, IA)
• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
• Course: Self-timed on a mostly flat route

Registration Information

Registration includes a commemorative event T-shirt. Register by November 10 to guarantee your shirt.

Prepare for the FLEXgivin’ 5K

New to running or ready to get back into it? Our 12-week 5K training program begins September 1 and is designed to help you build up gradually and feel confident on race day.

• Structured Training Plan: Follow a designed program to prepare for the race.
• Group Support: Train with others for motivation and encouragement.
• Special Sessions: Covering training, running shoes, nutrition, and recovery.
• Cost: Participate for FREE when you register for the FLEXgivin’ 5K.

Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to support IMPACT's food pantry. Together, we can make a difference while celebrating the season of gratitude.
