JMU 9/11 5K

Event Overview

VA Momentum and JMU Valor have teamed up to bring back a meaningful 5K on campus at James Madison University to commemorate September 11th and honor student heroes.

Community Involvement

• Participants: Harrisonburg community members and JMU students, faculty, and staff are all invited.
• Inclusivity: The event is open to all skill levels of walkers and runners.

Race Details

• Timing: The 5K is chip-timed.
• Route: Utilizes a scenic route on east campus.
• Start/Finish Line: Located directly behind the Festival Conference and Student Center.
• Parking: Available for those without a JMU parking permit.
