Purpose
This race is to raise awareness and support for Project Hope for the Homeless, the only emergency homeless shelter in Lake County.
Awards
- 5K Race: The top 3 male finishers and top 3 female finishers will be awarded.
- Age Group Awards: Awards will also be given to the top 3 finishers in these age groups: 14 and younger, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.
- 1 Mile Walk: The 1 Mile Walk is untimed and no awards will be given.
Location
Project Hope for the Homeless, 25 Freedom Road, Painesville Township, Ohio - (off Newell Street, first street north of the railroad tracks)
Parking
The Dyson Corporation parking lot on Freedom Road just to the west of Project Hope for the Homeless.
Day of Event Registration
In-person registration along with race bib and shirt distributions will be from 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM on Saturday, August 22 at Project Hope for the Homeless.
