Event Purpose

• Proceeds: Benefit EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute.
• Mission: Support returning citizens in getting a second chance after incarceration.
• Goal: Show support for fair and equal futures for participants.
• Annual Event: This is the 10th annual EDWINS Run for Re-Entry.

Choose Your Adventure

• Mile Fun Run or Walk: A beginner-friendly road course through the neighborhood.
• Stroller-Friendly: Suitable for families and strollers.
• Trail Run Grind: Challenging off-road course starting and ending at EDWINS.
• Unique Terrain: Includes water crossings and steep, rocky trails through Doan Creek.

Awards

• Categories: Awards for the top 3 men and top 3 women in each age group.
• Age Groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

Race Day Information

• Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 9 AM until your time slot at EDWINS Restaurant, 12383 Cedar Road, Cleveland Heights.
• Distance: Run (chip-timed) and 1 Mile Walk (untimed).
• Registration Fees: Pre-Registration: Run $30 – 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk $20.
• Late Registration: After 9 AM on October 17: 5K Run $35 – 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk $25.

Entry Details

• Deadline: All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, October 16.
• Payment: Make Checks Payable to Hermes Sports & Events.
• Mail Entries To: Hermes Sports & Events - 2425 West 11th Street - Cleveland, OH 44113.
• Shirts: Guaranteed for pre-registered runners, subject to availability on race day.
