EDWINS Run for Re-Entry - Trail Run Grind & Fun Run

Proceeds Information

Proceeds to benefit EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute.

Purpose

Every day men and women at EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute grind it out to get a second chance after incarceration. Compete in our 10th annual EDWINS Run for Re-Entry, to show returning citizens that you support their right to fair and equal futures.

Choose Your Adventure

• Mile Fun Run or Walk: Tour the neighborhood around EDWINS with this beginner road course. This mile course plays it safe sticking to neighborhood sidewalks. Stroller and family-friendly!
• Trail Run Grind: Can you handle the toughest race in Ohio? This race starts and ends at the new Edwins location in Cleveland Heights with a course unlike any other. Off-road. Through the water. Uphill. Through rocky, unbalanced terrain.
• Trail Features: Participants will experience a small amount of road running, but most of this course is a trail run that includes water crossings and steep skinny trails through Doan Creek.
• Safety Note: Both courses utilize public sidewalks and paths open to the public. There are also driveways and cars, so please be aware of your surroundings. Know the course before you arrive.
