Participant Package
- Registration Shirt: All shadow event registrations will receive a specific shadow event registration shirt!
- Participation Gear: All Shadow Event participants will receive a shirt, and a medal.

Packet Shipping
- Processing Time: After you register, please allow us two weeks to ship your packet.
- Shipping Start: Packets will begin shipping in May!
Running Information
- Run Anywhere: When you receive your gear, you can go out and run anywhere you’d like.
- Social Media: Don’t forget to tag @JogginForFrogmen in your pictures.
