3.5 hour time limit for the 15-mile race

5 MILE: Top 3 Overall, Top 3 Age Group (10 year brackets)
10 Mile: Top 3 Overall, Top 3 Master, Top 3 Age Group (10 yr brackets)
15 Mile: Top 3 Overall, Top 3 Master, Top 3 Age Group (10 yr brackets)
15 Mile Relay : 1st Place Male, Female, Co-Ed Teams
The W.O.O.F. is a trail run and should be considered potentially harmful to your ankles, feet, and knees, etc. While the Ouabache State Park trails are not hilly, there are roots, ruts, and wooden bridges to contend with, as well as the potential for soggy autumn leaves covering it all :)
