Together, we raise awareness and show unwavering support for survivors of intimate partner violence. Let’s unite—on foot and in spirit—to declare that domestic violence has no place in our homes, workplaces, or communities.

Let’s walk. Let’s run. Let’s raise our voices—and our feet—against domestic violence.
Why We Walk: Domestic violence occurs every minute of every day in our nation—approximately every 15 seconds, someone is affected. The Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes 5K Walk/Run Against Domestic Violence is more than a race; it's a powerful, symbolic event where families and communities come together to raise awareness, support survivors, and honor those affected by domestic violence. All proceeds from the walk benefit Sisters Empowerment Network, Inc., supporting our ongoing work to help end domestic violence against women and children.
