Event Overview

It's time to break a stride and bust a sweat for student scholarships! Attendees are required to register in advance and encouraged to donate to support the student scholarship fund. We are calling all families, students, staff, faculty, and community members to walk, run, or roll with our mascot, Monte Rey, through our beautiful campus.

Registration Information

• Open to: All members of the community
• Age Limit: Open to all ages (under 18 with a guardian)
• Registration Deadline: Friday, Oct. 9, 2026
• Registration Fee: CSUMB Students: Free: All other participants: $35 (increases to $40 after August 31, 2026)

Bib Pick Up

Bib pick-up will be held the week of Oct. 5th - Oct. 9th, and on the morning of the race, Saturday, Oct. 10th from 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. in front of the Otter Student Union. Please bring a Photo ID. All participants must sign an event waiver online in advance.

Race Day Details

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to the 9:00 a.m. start time.
• Parking: Parking is located in Lot 71. A parking permit is required at all times.
• Driving Directions: Enter campus from the NORTH using the Imjin Pkwy/Imjin Rd traffic signal.
• Accessibility: CSUMB works to make events accessible to all.
