2nd Annual Help Them Stay 5K (King's Ranch Ministries)

Event Overview

The Second Annual Help Them Stay 5K will be held in Jonesboro, Arkansas on October 10, 2026.

Host Organization

This event is hosted by King’s Ranch Ministries, a Center for Childhood Trauma Recovery and 501c3 nonprofit organization located in Jonesboro, AR. Every step of this race will help to further the mission of King’s Ranch Ministries to help children from traumatic beginnings stay in loving, forever homes.

Race Details

• Chipped Timing: The 5k race includes chipped race timing.
• Inclusions: Participants receive a race shirt, access to water stations, and a fun event for the entire family.
• Participation: Both walkers and runners are encouraged! Strollers are welcome as well!
• Kids FUN RUN: There will also be a Kids FUN RUN taking place before the start of the 5k.

Registration Information

• Shirt Order: We will place our final order for race shirts early on September 22. To be guaranteed a race shirt in your desired size, we encourage you to sign up for the race by midnight on Monday, September 21.
• Additional Shirts: We will order a few extra shirts for those who register after that date, but we will have to guesstimate what sizes we need.
• Start Time: Runners and walkers will start at 8:45!
• Limited Spots: We encourage you to register early for the best pricing. Spots are limited.

Event Location

The event will take place at Craighead Forest Park Pavilion 1.

Packet Pickup

Race-day packet pickup will be held near the race start/finish line at the event, please arrive by 8AM to pick up your packet.
