Join us on Sunday, September 20, 2026 for our 6th annual Chicagoland Be A Hero event to raise awareness and contribute to funding MBC research.

• Location: Settlers' Park, Plainfield, IL
• Check-in: Starts at 11:00 am
• Fun Run Start: 12:00 pm

Encouragement for Participants

• Costumes: Costumes and creativity are encouraged but not required.
• Social Media: Join us on social media for info, giveaways, and more!
• Swag Bags: Swag Bags may be limited or out of stock during late registration.
• Heroes of All Ages: This event will be unforgettable for heroes of all ages and their families.

Awareness and Research

We hope our race will highlight the need for RESEARCH and FUNDING for Metastatic Breast Cancer. MBC carries an average life expectancy of 3 years, as there is NO CURE.
