Weekly Schedule
Each week for 6 weeks starting Thursday 10/16 we will meet at Aurelios for a run.
- Groups: We have all run, walk to run and walk groups available.
- Distance: Each week the distance will be from 1.5-3 miles.
Post-Run Activities
After the run each week, we will head back into the bar for a beer and entry into our raffle.
- Cost Includes: A beer each week.
- Raffle: Entry into weekly raffle.
- Training Plan: Each participant receives a training plan.
