We are excited to be back for the 8th annual Kandace Helms 5K event. Our first seven races were great successes and for that we thank you.
The Kandace Helms 5K is open to EVERYONE, from competitive runners to walkers including seniors and children. It is always an amazing event full of love and encouragement.

- Local packet pickup and registration begin at 7 am on Race Day.
- 8 am Fun Run starts, 8:30 am 5k Run begins.

The Kandace Helms Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 that funds a scholarship program for Lincoln County graduates and other youth organizations.
âšī¸ About Kandace Helms
- Kandace Helms was a loving stay at home mom to Peyton and Mason. Her life was taken instantly in a head-on collision on March 8, 2016.
- Kandace's memory is honored through this run, bringing together those who love her to give back, just as she did.
- Kandace was dedicated to the Boger City Optimist Club, supporting youth baseball and creating a safe, happy environment for children
- This run/walk supports The Kandace Helms Foundation, funding scholarships for Lincoln County graduates and youth organizations.
