• Join Remotely: Sign up for the virtual race to run your own course—anywhere, anytime.

Race Day Details

• Start Line: The start line will remain open for 15 minutes.
• Staggered Start: This allows for a staggered start and ample space for everyone.

We line the sidewalks at Cook Family Park with signs remembering and honoring Angels and Survivors. If you have a CDH Angel or Survivor you would like represented with a sign, please contact us at ladybugcdh@gmail.com. Send us a few sentences about their story and 2-3 photos. We would love to honor your CDH warrior.
