• Available Distances: 5K and 10K run/walk
• Course Description: Start and finish at Swan Island Dahlias
• Terrain: Mostly paved roads with a short gravel stretch
• Grass Segment: Small grass segment leading to the finish

• Timing Method: Chip-timed by Athletic Timing
• Bib Chips: UHF coded bib chips
• Live Results: Available online and at the finish line

• Race-Day Registration: Opens at 6:00 AM (if not sold out)
• Note: Prices increase closer to race day. Early registration is encouraged.

• 7:00 AM: 5K & 10K RUNNERS Start
• 7:05 AM: 5K & 10K WALKERS Start
• 11:00 AM: Course officially closes

• Wednesday, September 9: 10:00am - 6:00pm at Canby Area Chamber Office
• Thursday, September 10: 10:00am - 6:00pm at Canby Area Chamber Office
• Friday, September 11: 2:00pm - 5:30pm at Swan Island Dahlias

Parking

• Parking Type: Free parking at Swan Island Dahlias
• Management: Managed by venue staff
• Recommendation: Carpooling is recommended due to limited space

Course Support

• Medical & Aid Station: CPR/AED & First Aid available at course start/finish
• Water Stations: Located along each course: hydrate before the race
• Restrooms: Portable toilets at start/finish and mid-course

Policies & Restrictions

• Distance Changes: May switch down in distance (no refunds)
• Refunds & Transfers: Non-refundable, but you may transfer registration
• Pets: No dogs or pets on course: none may be left unattended
• Strollers: Not allowed

Weather Policy

• Event Status: Rain or Shine Event—no refunds for weather delays or cancellations

Finish Line & Awards

• Finishers Receive: Medal, Fresh-cut Dahlia, Free entry to the Swan Island Dahlia Festival
• Awards: Top 3 male and female finishers receive awards per age divisions
• Categories: 14 & under | 15–19 | 20–29 | 30–39 | 40–49 | 50–59 | 60–69 | 70+

After Party

• Refreshments: Water and light snacks at finish line
• Food Options: Available for purchase from on-site vendors
• Explore: Canby’s downtown for additional food, drinks, and events
