Venue History
- Historical Significance: Built in 1896 as a meeting hall for Pembroke Civil War Veterans.
- Community Center: Continues to serve the citizens of Pembroke as the home of the Pembroke Police Boys and Girls Club.
Club Background
- Foundation: Established in 1980 through the leadership of Pembroke Police Chief Willard "Bill" Boulter.
- Community Involvement: Supported by countless hours of many other Pembroke Police Officers and good-hearted citizens.
- Youth Mentorship: The "Boys Club" has mentored hundreds of young adults in healthy activities such as Boxing, Karate, Weight Lifting, and more.
