• Mission: The Mind Space Running Series is a three-race journey built around one mission: running for our mental health.
• Journey: Each race represents a different part of the mental health journey, from slowing down to moving forward with light.
• Community Experience: Each event features movement, music, local vendors, unique race themes, and meaningful reminders about mental health.

Race Experience

• Atmosphere: Join Mind Space Running for an evening 5K experience centered around movement, music, community, and a memorable South Texas sunset.
• Pace: Run it. Walk it. Take it at your own pace.
• Reminder: As the sun goes down, give yourself permission to be present, breathe, and reset.
• Magic of the Evening: Experience a unique race atmosphere filled with music, community, and positive energy.

Event Schedule

• 5K Run: 7:30 p.m.
• 1-mile Run/Walk: 7:40 p.m.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive by 6:50 p.m. for parking, check-in, stretching, and warm-up.
• Registration Fee: 5K Run: $30, 1 mile: $15

Registration Information

• T-Shirt Deadline: August 8th: after that, T-shirt size guarantee is first come, first serve.
• Packet Pickup Location: Valley Running, 1701 Dove Ave W, Suite J, McAllen, TX 78504
• Packet Pickup Date: Friday, August 28, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Requirement: All participants must pick up their race bibs and race shirt during packet pickup.
