The Boys &: Girls Clubs of Edinburg Rio Grande Valley, Inc cordially invites you to support our 5k on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at the Edinburg Municipal Park from 7am-11am!

Enjoy an adventurous and scenic course run through the beautiful City of Edinburg’s Municipal Park.

Amenities and Purpose

• Finishers Medal: One-of-a-kind Finishers medal
• T-shirt: Participants will receive a t-shirt
• Fundraising Goal: Our 5k Run helps us raise critical dollars needed to support our programs and services focused on serving over 4,100 youth and teens in Edinburg and surrounding communities a year.
• Marketing Opportunity: Our special event offers you a unique marketing opportunity to showcase your business with exposure throughout the day of the event and in-person engagement with the community.

Race Details

Run for our youth and teens and help us make a difference!

Every dollar raised through our 5k Run goes back into providing transformational quality programs and services to thousands of underserved youth and teens a year.

Start Times

• Fun Run Start Time: 7:30 a.m. (Finisher Medal, NO age group awards and NO shirt)
• 5k Start Time: 8:00 a.m. (Shirt, Finisher medal and age group awards)
• Registration Deadline: Closes August 8th, 2026
• Shirt Deadline: July 23, 2026

Registration Incentive

If you are one of the first 100 to register you will automatically get option 3, regardless of shirt choice.

Awards

Divisions will include:

• Categories: Female and Male Divisions
• Age Groups: Male and Female 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and Over
