Race Details
- Shirt Availability: Shirts not guaranteed after 10/04/26.
- Pickup Time: 7:00 am - 8:00 am.
- Packet Pickup Location: Cafferty Building at the Iowa Arboretum.
- Course: Participants are free to begin the course and keep their own time.
Event Highlights
- Participation: Run or walk for a "Good Paws" with or without a canine friend!
- Start/Finish: The 5K run/walk starts and finishes at the Iowa Arboretum.
- T-shirts: All pre-registered participants will receive a t-shirt!
Dog Information
- Bandanas: Dogs will receive bandanas.
- Dog Limit: Maximum 2 dogs per person, must be up to date on vaccinations.
- Aggressive Dogs: Please leave aggressive dogs at home: we reserve the right to turn away any dogs.
- Leash Policy: Please be in control of your dog at all times: no leashes over 6 feet!
