- Location: Iowa Arboretum, Cafferty Building
- Registration: Free to begin the course and keep your own time upon registration.
T-Shirts
- Shirts: Not guaranteed after 10/04/26.
- Pre-registered Participants: All will receive a t-shirt.
Race Information
- Course: 5K run/walk starts and finishes at the beautiful Iowa Arboretum.
- Participation: Run or walk for a "Good Paws" with or without a canine friend!
- Refreshments: Enjoy snacks and refreshments for both humans and canines after the race!
Dog Information
- Bandanas: Dogs will receive bandanas.
- Limit: Maximum of 2 dogs per person: must be up to date on vaccinations.
- Behavior: Please leave aggressive dogs at home: we reserve the right to turn away any dogs.
- Control: Dogs must be controlled at all times: no leashes over 6 feet!
