Stay Alive 5K & 1 Mile Walk

Event Overview

Come join the fun and help the homeless with the annual Stay Alive 5K & 1 Mile Walk, held on November 8th, 2026. This event held by The Sub Zero Mission will help bring much-needed resources to our fight to make sure "No One Freezes to Death in America" (with our special focus on Veterans as well). We hand deliver thousands of warming items directly to the homeless every winter including hats, coats, boots, gloves, and sleeping bags (our Stay Alive 5).

Support a Great Cause

• Fun Activities: Come out and support a great cause, and have fun doing so!
• Merchandise Sales: We'll have Sub Zero branded merchandise for sale.
• Direct Impact: All proceeds will directly help our mission!
• Veteran Recognition: There will be Veteran recognition at the race, please fill out the questions on registration.

Registration Pricing

• Until September 30th: $30
• From October 1st to November 7th: $35
• Race Day: $40
• Included: Custom race t-shirt, finisher medal for first 150 runners, 50/50 raffle, and top finishers announcements.

• Raffle: 50/50 Raffle Available (Announced After Race – Do not Need to be Present to Win)

• Registration/Packet Pick-up: 8:00 AM
• 5K Start Time: 9:00 AM
• 1 Mile Start Time: 9:00 AM
• Course: 5K & 1 Mile starts and ends on the track @ Riverside High School
