2027 Elevate Kids Fun Run

Event Overview

• Audience: This event is for all ages and abilities, whether you're in it to win or out for a fun Sunday morning walk.
• Distances: Participate in the 2.5K, 5K, or 10K distance. The really littles, 4 & under, can participate in the free Hatchling Hustle!
• Date: The 2027 run/walk will take place on April 18th.
• Location: Las Colonias Park, 1461 Riverfront Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

Partnership and Community Support

• Partner: We are excited to be partnering with the D51 Foundation.
• Promotion: They are a great addition that will help us promote and grow the fun run.
• Community Impact: Thank you D51 Foundation for the work you do to help kids and schools in our community.

Beneficiaries

• Proceeds: Proceeds benefit Elevate Kids, a non-profit organization that is raising money to support local school P.E. programs.
• Support: Funds will also contribute to D51 schools, Kids Aid Backpack Program, Girls on the Run, and other local kid-focused nonprofits.

Registration Details

• Registration Price: Registration price increases on April 18th at late registration so don't delay, register today!
• Scholarships: Thanks to the generous support of the D51 Foundation and Elevate Kids, we are able to offer over 150 full scholarships for this year's Fun Run.

• Application Period: Scholarships applications are being taken October 1, 2026 - March 13, 2027.
