Refund and Deferral Policy
- Severe Weather: In the unlikely case of severe weather, or any other external issues that prevent the event from taking place, all athletes will receive a FULL REFUND.
- Deferral Option: Athletes will have the option to defer their entry until 2028.
- Refund Policy: No refunds otherwise.
- Deferral Deadline: Deferrals will only be accepted until December 29th.
