FALL SESSION

Welcome to the FALL 2026 Fit 5 Season!

Fit 5 Runners is a youth running program founded and led by certified educators and USATF-certified track coaches. Our goal is to build confidence, athletic skills, and a love for running in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Practice Location

Gainesville Middle School Track

Session Options

SATURDAY option:

• Time: 9:15-10:15 AM
• Scheduled Dates: September: 12, 19, 26: October: 3, 10, 17, 24
• Race Days: September 26: October 24 (subject to change)

SUNDAY option:

• Time: 10:45-11:45 AM
• Scheduled Dates: September: 13, 20, 27: October: 4, 11, 18, 25
• Race Days: September 27: October 25 (subject to change)

Participant Age

This program is open to children ages 4–10. At this time, we are unable to accept children under age 4. If a child under age 4 is registered, registration fees will be refunded minus applicable registration/processing fees.

Communication and Experience

To help create a positive experience for all participants, Fit 5 Runners reserves the right to communicate with families and determine if the program is the right fit for an athlete. Our priority is to maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where every runner can grow, learn, and succeed.

Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather we will cancel within an hour of practice time. I will always try and offer a make-up day: however, this is not guaranteed.
