FALL SESSION

Welcome to the FALL 2026 Fit 5 Season!

Fit 5 Runners is a youth running program founded and led by certified educators and USATF-certified track coaches. Our goal is to build confidence, athletic skills, and a love for running in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Practice Location

• Location: Gainesville Middle School Track

Session Options

• Saturday Options: 9:15-10:15 AM, 10:20-11:20 AM
• Sunday Option: 10:45-11:45 AM

Scheduled Dates

• September Dates: 12, 19, 26
• October Dates: 3, 10, 17, 24
• Race Days: September 26, October 24 (subject to change)

Program Details

• Age Requirement: This program is open to children ages 4–10. We are unable to accept children under age 4. If a child under age 4 is registered, registration fees will be refunded minus applicable registration/processing fees.
• Positive Experience: Fit 5 Runners reserves the right to communicate with families to determine if the program is the right fit for an athlete.
• Safety Priority: Our priority is to maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where every runner can grow, learn, and succeed.
• Weather Policy: In the event of bad weather, we will cancel within an hour of practice time. A make-up day may be offered, but is not guaranteed.
