💡 January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month!

This will be the 3rd Annual Light the Darkness 5K working to put an END to Human Trafficking! Our mission is to raise awareness, provide education and funds to benefit the prevention, identification, rehabilitation and support of survivors of those who have been sexually exploited. This is an evening out and back BEACH race that will start on the beach in front of LORI WILSON PARK! This is our official launch of our Get Outdoors for Freedom Spring & Summer Series. If you love the outdoors and want to contribute to the solution in ending human trafficking, you can walk, run, hike or golf....All for the Freedom of others!

🕒 SCHEDULE FOR RACE DAY

• Date: 1/24 - SATURDAY @ Lori Wilson Park 1500 N. Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
• 3:45 PM: Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup Opens
• 5:15 PM: Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup Closes
• 5:25 PM: National Anthem
• 5:30 PM: 5K Start!
• 7:00 PM: Music, Beverages, Raffle Giveaways and Prizes!

🏅 FINISHER AWARDS

All finishers will receive a medal!

Head Lamps, Neon & lighted apparel and accessories are necessary!
* PRIZE for runner with the best Glow Lights! *

🏆 AWARDS

Awards will be given to: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female, master male and female. No age group awards will be given. Prizes and awards for best lighted participants! So Come Festive!!

💰 FEES

• $30: Register Before midnight on 1/2
• $35: Register after midnight on 1/3-1/16
• $40: Register after midnight on 1/16 - Race Day
• $65: Bundle - 5K Race with event shirt - if registered by 1/3. Bundle increases to $75 after 1/3.

• Finisher medals: to all participants.
• Raffle: One FREE raffle ticket. Dozens of fabulous and festive raffle prizes. BEST LIGHTS AWARD, so dress festive!
• Refreshments: One FREE drink ticket and additional post-race refreshments available.
• Shirt Options: Unisex or Ladies’ short-sleeve shirt or tank top option for add-on.
• Finisher Patch: Available for add-on.
