🏃‍♀️ Seaside Stride Description

• Event Date: April 11, 2026
• Start Times: 5:00 AM for 20 mile trekkers, 8:00 AM for 10 mile trekkers
• Location: Fish Lips Waterfront Grill, Cape Canaveral, FL
• Community Focus: This is not a race, but a community event to gather outdoor enthusiasts to RISE together to help bring awareness and end the sexual exploitation of others.

🥾 Course Details

• Trek Options: 10 mile or 20 mile beach trek
• Course Type: Out and back trek (walk) starting and returning to Fish Lips Waterfront Grill
• Landmarks: First turnaround at the Hampton Inn, second turnaround at Jetty Park
• Path: Beautiful tide day with options to break away to the sidewalk

🏋️‍♂️ Preparation

• Training: Participants should physically prepare, train and previously completed a similar distance before trek day
• Training Guide: A training guide is available HERE!!
• Fundraising: Encourage individual fundraising and sharing physical training progress
• Goal: Bring awareness to the tragedy of human trafficking by inviting friends and family

🍽️ Participant Information

• Snacks: Participants are responsible for providing personal snacks and drinks during the trek
• Included: Post-trek celebration with a Free drink of choice and light breakfast snacks
• Stay & Support: Enjoy lunch at Fish Lips after the event and support our event sponsor
• Benefits: Proceeds support the prevention, identification, rehabilitation support for survivors of sexual exploitation
