🏃‍♂️ Seaside Stride Description

• Date: April 11, 2026
• Location: Fish Lips Waterfront Grill, Cape Canaveral, FL
• Start Times: 5:00 am for 20 mile trekkers, 8:00 am for 10 mile trekkers
• Event Type: Community event to gather outdoor enthusiasts

🚶‍♀️ Event Details

• Options: 10 mile or 20 mile beach trek
• Course: Out and back trek starting and returning to Fish Lips Waterfront Grill
• Sidewalk Access: Options to break away to the sidewalk along the way

⚠️ Important Note

• 20 Mile Trek: Repeat section with multiple turnarounds
• First Turnaround: At the Hampton Inn
• Second Turnaround: At Jetty Park
• Return: Back to Fish Lips after the final turnaround

🏋️‍♂️ Preparation

• Training: Participants should physically prepare and train
• Distance: Previous completion of a similar distance is recommended

• Fundraising: Encouragement of individual fundraising for awareness

🍽️ Post-Trek Celebration

• Provided: Snacks and drinks are the participants' responsibility
• Included: Free drink, light breakfast snacks, event t-shirt, swag bag
• Location: Stay and enjoy lunch at Fish Lips after the event
• Support: Encourage support for the event sponsor
