SVDP Church of Our Saviour FOP 5K Run/Walk

Event Overview

The Friends of the Poor Walk is a nationwide signature event of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. This event is being held to raise awareness and funds supporting the local Conference of Our Saviour's in Cocoa Beach.

Event Details

• Date: 2026-09-26
• Location: 5301 North Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL
• Registration Fee: $28.00 (plus fees), kids registration for ages Pre-K through 17 years old for $15.00 (plus fees)
• Family Rate: For families of 3-6 members, the cost will be $50.00 (plus fees)

Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Our Saviour Catholic Church in the Angel Room (adjacent to the church)
• Dates: Saturday, 9/19 from 11:00am-4:00pm and on 9/25 from 3:00pm-7:00pm
• Race Day: Packet Pick-up also on race day at race site starting at 6:45am.

Event Schedule

• 6:45am: Same Day registration and Packet Pick Up
• 7:30am: Registration Closes
• 8:00am: Race Start

Chip Timing

All participants are chip timed.

• Overall Male: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• Overall Female: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• Overall Male Masters: Overall Male Masters
• Overall Female Masters: Overall Female Masters

Youth Awards

To highlight the importance of the youth in our community we will also be giving the following awards:

• Top 3 Males: Ages 12 and under, Ages 13-18
• Top 3 Females: Ages 12 and under, Ages 13-18

Parking

Parking will be located at Our Saviour Catholic Church.

Dogs

Dogs are welcomed, but they must be on a leash.
