SVDP Church of Our Saviour FOP 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ About the Event

• Event Type: The Friends of the Poor Walk is a nationwide signature event of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
• Purpose: This event is being held to raise awareness and funds supporting the local Conference of Our Saviour's in Cocoa Beach.
• Annual Event: This is our 2nd Annual event and will be a 5K out and back run or walk from the Church parking lot onto Banana River Drive and nearby residential neighborhood.
• Registration Fees: $28.00 (plus fees) with a kids registration for ages Pre-K through 17 years old for $15.00 (plus fees).

🗓️ Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Packet Pick-up will be located at Our Saviour Catholic Church in the Angel Room (located adjacent to the church).
• Date & Time: 9/20 from 10:00am-3:00pm and on 9/26 from 4:00pm-7:00pm.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Packet Pick-up is also on race day at race site starting at 6:45am.

📅 Event Schedule

• 6:45am: Same Day registration and Packet Pick Up
• 7:30am: Registration Closes
• 8:00am: Race Start

⏱️ Chip Timing

• Timing Method: All participants are chip timed.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: Overall Male, 2nd Place Male and 3rd Place Male.
• Overall Female: Overall Female, 2nd Place Female and 3rd Place Female.
• Masters Awards: Overall Male Masters and Overall Female Masters.
• Grand Masters: Overall Male Grand Masters and Overall Female Grand Masters.

👶 Youth Awards

• Top 3 Males: Categories include ages 12 and under, ages 13-18.
• Top 3 Females: Categories include ages 12 and under, ages 13-18.

🚗 Parking

• Location: Parking will be located at Our Saviour Catholic Church.

🐶 Dogs

• Policy: Dogs are welcomed, but they must be on a leash.
