STBC Membership Requirement

This event is hosted exclusively for Southern Tier Bicycle Club members.

• Not a member yet? For just 15 dollars a year, you gain access to this event and our full calendar of club activities.

Important: The Merchandise Store is hosted on a separate platform and may close earlier than event registration to allow for production time. Order early to ensure you don't miss out!

• Separate Transaction: Gear must be purchased via the Online Store. Store Closes Sunday, July 19 at 11:59 PM.
• Delivery Options: Choose flat-rate shipping to your home or select "Pickup at Worldwide Print" and we will distribute at the event.
• Support the Club: Our store also features a Donation Option. Your contributions directly support STBC’s mission to promote cycling opportunities in our community. We appreciate your generosity!

The Rides (Tentative)

We are refining the 2026 routes to ensure the best possible road conditions and scenery.

Finalized GPS files will be published approximately one month prior to the event.

SAG support is provided on Saturday rides only.

Meals &: Refreshments

Your registration includes a full Saturday hospitality package:

• Pre-Ride: Fresh coffee and snacks available at the start.
• Post-Ride: A traditional BBQ dinner and our signature event cake.

Registration Details

Fee Includes: Access to all supported rides, morning refreshments and the Saturday BBQ dinner.

• Closing Date: Registration remains open until sold out or until one week prior to the event.
• Note: We do not offer "ride-only" registrations: this is an all-inclusive event.

Accommodations

If you are looking to stay over at Cayuga Lake State Park, be sure to make reservations through the website.

The northwest section of the park - cabins 15-21 and campsites 810-830 - is our lodging recommendation. It offers a good mix of cabins and RV / tent camping, which should help foster a sense of community among participants. There are cabins near the main parking lot for those who prefer easier access.

Many other accommodations are available in the area. Book early as this is peak tourism season.
