Ride Description
- Event Type: A non-competitive mixed-surface ride celebrating bikes, community, and public lands!
- Courses: Three marked courses - 65 mile, 42 mile, and 22 mile, featuring diverse terrain.
- Tire Recommendation: Tires at least 35mm, preferably 40-45mm due to varied terrain.
- E-Bikes: Permitted but must adhere to DCNR's e-bike guidelines, found here.
Support and Amenities
- Aid Stations: Every 15-20 miles stocked with real food, plus a post-ride meal and beverages.
- Course Marking: All courses will be marked at turns and intersections.
- Sponsorship: Opportunities available – contact Molly Kestner at mkestner@pecpa.org.
- Proceeds: All funds benefit the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC).
Routes and Contests
- Fundraiser Category: Raise $500 for PEC by September 18 to ride for free and receive camping and exclusive swag.

Schedule
- Friday, September 25: Group camping set up after 3 PM: Evening social details TBD.
- Saturday, September 26: Registration from 7:15-8:45 AM: all rides start at 9:00 AM: post-ride cookout all afternoon.
Accommodations
- Onsite Camping: $20 extra for tent/car camping (no RVs) on Friday and Saturday nights.
- Private Sites: Reserve through the State Park website.
- Other Lodging: Options include Black Moshannon State Park Campsites & Cabins, GodSpeed Hostel, and We Are Inn.
Volunteer Opportunities
- Volunteer Benefits: Free camping, food on event day, PLR swag, and a heartfelt thank you!
