Join us for our 21st Annual HEAT Kid's Triathlon on Saturday August 8, 2026 at 7 am.
Race Divisions
- Juniors: ages 6-10
- Seniors: ages 11-15
Race Distances
- Juniors: 50 yard pool swim, 2 miles biking, 1 mile running
- Seniors: 100 yard pool swim, 4 miles biking, 2 miles running
Important Rules
- Age Requirement: USAT (USA Triathlon) rules require that the age that is used is the age as of 12/31 of the race year. So, make sure you are clear if you have a 10 year old, for example that will be 11 before the end of the year that they are required to race in the Senior age group.
- Bike Rules: USAT also has rules about the bike - no training wheels are allowed.
