• Remaining Dates: August 6 & September 3

🏞️ About the Race

• Free Series: This is a free 5k race series which includes 5 races held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September.
• Participation: You do not need to be an LVRR club member to participate in this series.
• Sign Up: Sign up online and come out to Lehigh Parkway for this relaxed, no-frills race.

📏 Course Information

• Course Type: The course is accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail in the Parkway.
• Modification: Due to scheduled repairs to Bogarts Bridge, the course will be modified in 2025.

🕔 Race Day Details

• Check-In: Begins at 5:30 PM - All runners must check in.
• Age Requirement: Racers must be 10 years of age.
• Time Limit: 60 minutes (19:35 minute/mile).
• Start Time: Begins at 6:30 PM with the exception of September which begins at 6:00 PM.

🌭 Food and Refreshments

• Potluck Cancellation: We will no longer host the Potluck Dinner.
• Provided Food: The club will provide hotdogs, water, and chips.
• Food Sharing: Please do not bring food to share.
