Race Overview

• Description: Join us for our Post Falls Sprint Triathlon at Q’emiln Park.
• Distance: The race consists of a 0.3-mile swim, 12-mile bike ride, and 3-mile run.
• Timing: Chip timing provided.
• Post-Race: Snacks and an award ceremony will follow the race.

• Individual: $85
• Team: $165
• Late Registration: Fees applicable after 7/4 ($100 Individ. / $180 Team)

Race Courses

• Swim Course: 0.5k Swim at Q’emiln Beach.
• Bike Course: 19.6k starting at Q’emiln Park, westward along Riverview Drive to Idaho-Washington Border. Back via Centennial Trail.
• Run Course: 5k Run - an out & back course from Q’emiln Park to Falls Park.

Duathlon Details

• First Run: 1.3 miles from Q'emiln Park to Falls Park (out & back).
• Bike: Same course as Triathlon.
• Second Run: 3.1 miles from Q’emiln Park onto Centennial Trail (out & back). Finish at Q’emiln Park.

Packet Pick-Up

• Dates: Friday, July 31, 4-6pm at Post Falls City Hall or Saturday, August 1, 1:00-3:00pm at Q’emiln Park.
• Race Day Pick-Up: 5:30am-6:15am at Q’emiln Park.
• ID Requirement: Positive ID check required with photo ID for all registrants.
• Membership: Must show USAT membership card or be prepared to purchase a one-day membership. No third-party packet pick-up.

Directions

• Start/Finish: Q’emiln Park, 12201 West Parkway Drive.
• Directions: I-90 to Spokane Street Exit, South on Spokane Street, Right on Parkway Drive. Q’emiln Park is on Right hand side.
• Parking: Available on the top lot on race day.
