- SPRINT: 500 YARD SWIM, 14 MILE BIKE, 5K RUN
Club Team Competition
- Club Recognition: In order for your club to be recognized when registering you must provide your club team name or create a club team.
- Team Composition: A club team must consist of three or more participants. All members must be registered for the same distance.
- Multiple Teams: A club may have as many teams as they want.
- Competition Format: Individuals will race both in the team club category and as an age group participant. Team winners will be calculated based on points earned for age group finish position.
