Cornelia Masonic Lodge Gobble Gobble 5K Turkey Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run

Event Overview

Lace up your shoes and bundle up for warmth for our inaugural 5K Gobble-Gobble Turkey Run and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk on the beautiful campuses of Habersham Central High School and Habersham Ninth Grade Academy. This event offers two race options:

• 5K Race: perfect for runners looking for a challenging course.
• One Mile Fun Run/Walk: designed for families, walkers, and younger participants.
• Support: Come run, walk, or cheer – it’s a great way to support your family and friends.
• Community Focus: Help support our many community charity programs.

Logistics

Parking is available in front of the High School. Packet Pick-Up and Starting Point will be in the southeast parking lot under the awning of the vocational wing.

• Starting Time: 9:30 AM for the 5K race.
• Fun Run/Walk Time: 10:00 AM.
• Medals: Twenty-two Medals will be awarded including overall TOP Five finishers.
• Age Bracket Awards: Additional medals for the TOP 3 Runners in various age brackets.

Awards and Participation

Other medals will be awarded for the appropriate Best Costume and the Longest Distance traveled to get to our Turkey Run.

• Participant Perk: All paid participants will receive a “limited edition” Gobble Gobble long-sleeve t-shirt.

Registration Fees

• Participants Aged 15 Years & Up: $35.00
• Ages up to 14: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Male & Female = $15.00
