- Location: Course located entirely on The Bridge Sports Complex Campus
- Weather Policy: Rain or shine / No refunds

Kid's Triathlon (Ages 5-12)
- Swim: 100 Yards
- Bike: 1 Mile
- Run: 100 Yard Dash
- Timing: Stopwatch Timed
Super Sprint - Individual Only (Ages 10+)
- Swim: 400m
- Bike: 6.2 Miles
- Run: 1.5 Miles
Sprint - Individual or Team Relay (Ages 10+)
- Swim: 750m
- Bike: 12.4 Miles
- Run: 3.1 Miles
- Team Structure: Teams can consist of 2 or 3 members
