Join us for the 7th Annual Maple Valley Turkey Trot 5K presented by Cayce Grove Law Offices benefiting the Maple Valley Food Bank!
- Date: November 27, 2025
- Location: 22500 SE 248th St, Maple Valley, WA
- Registration Deadline: Register by end of day November 1 to guarantee your race day t-shirt. Sign ups after November 1 do not guarantee a shirt.
- Purpose: The event is organized to come together as a community during the Thanksgiving holiday to help those in need.
Event Details
The Maple Valley Turkey Trot is a FUN walk or trot Thanksgiving morning through Lake Wilderness Park.
- Children: Children in strollers are not required to register (but will not receive shirts).
- Proceeds: All proceeds raised will go to fund Maple Valley Food Bank Programs.
- Participation: All ages are welcome! We encourage Thanksgiving costumes & accessories!

- Packet pick-up will begin at 7:30 AM on race day.
- The race will begin at 9:00 AM at the Beach House.
- Race route: View Route
Parking Information
- Please utilize the lower parking lots at the Lake Wilderness Lodge.
- Upper lots near the lodge will be closed off for safety on the route.
Event Timing
This event will NOT be timed. It is a fun-run in its fullest form!
Strollers, Dogs, Bikes, and Water
- Jogging strollers are encouraged along the route.
- Dogs will not be allowed on the course (except for service dogs).
- Bikes are NOT permitted, as this is a narrow out and back course.
- Water stations will be available near the beach house before and after the race.
Accessibility
Please note that, while generally flat, this race course may not be suitable for all abilities, as the terrain is both paved and gravel. There is a slight incline to access the Green to Cedar River Trail from the arboretum. We will have volunteers stationed at these points to assist on an as-needed basis.
