Registration opens 11/23/2026 on 2027-01-10 at Matthies Grove Peoples State Forest, 106 E River Rd, Barkhamsted, CT.
Course Description
- Type: Hand timed, club run
- Location: Beautiful Barkhamsted, CT
- Start Point: Matthies Grove Parking area, People's State Forest, 106 East River Road 06063
- Course Features: Rolling hills that meander along the Farmington River, outbound on East River Rd, left on Rte 20 through Riverton center, and inbound on West River Road. Entirely on roads.
Race Options
- First Lap: If you are finished after the first lap (8.5 miles), proceed to the finish table and provide your name to the timer.
- Second Lap: If you're up for 17 miles, continue on for another lap when you reach Matthies Grove again.
- Finish Protocol: At the conclusion of the second lap, proceed to the finish and make sure to provide the timer with your name.
- Results: Timed results will be published on Runsignup.
