Support our Hope for Youth’s Runaway and Homeless Youth Services Program (RHYS)

Program Overview

• Basic Center Programming: Funded through the Family and Youth Services Bureau, a division of the US Administration for Children and Families and the Department of Health and Human Services.
• Service Expansion: These services have been added to our continuum of care in order to expand our reach.
• Age Group: RHYS Staff provide services to youth 12-17.
• Comprehensive Care: Intensive services through the Basic Center Programming for the initial 21 days a youth resides in our RHY Shelter Program.

When a young person is in need of a safe haven, we will provide:

• Safe Shelter: Providing a secure living environment for youth.
• Case Management Services: Tailored support for individual needs.
• Individual Counseling: One-on-one support to address emotional challenges.
• Educational Assistance: Advocacy and support for academic success.

Additional Services Offered

• Transportation: Aiding youth in accessing necessary services.
• Survival Aid Packages: Essential supplies for those in need.
• Medical Care Coordination: Streamlining health-related services and referrals.
• Living Skills Development: Teaching essential skills for independence.
