Course will be on mostly paved bike path with some portions on grass, dirt or gravel.

Course Information

• Dogs: Due to Liability Insurance, dogs are not allowed on the course
• Strollers: Course is mostly paved: suitable for all terrain-type baby joggers at user's discretion
• Start/Finish: Adams Lake Lodge Building
• Course Description: The 5K course is mostly paved, with 10K being two loops of the 5K route
