On Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 8:00 AM!

Special Events:

• 10K Run: A challenging distance for seasoned runners.
• 5K Run: Perfect for both beginners and experienced runners.
• 1 Mile Family Fun Run / Walk: A leisurely option for all ages.
• Note: There is a 90-minute time cut off for the 10K Run.

Purpose of the ROAR RUN

ROAR RUN is more than a race — it’s a chance to impact lives! All participants are aiding in the mentoring and care of children and youth in Ndola Zambia, and helping them RISE, RUN and ROAR into their unique futures.

• Support: Children will receive love, care, food, education, shelter, mentorship, and leadership training.
• LIONS RUNNING TEAM: Your registration allows young runners to travel regionally for competitions in distances from 5K to full marathons.
• Thank You: Your participation helps build strong futures for children in Zambia.

Run as a Pride...

Don’t run alone—BUILD A PRIDE! Gather your family, friends, coworkers, or teammates and sign up together.

• Discount: When you register with 4 or more runners, each person receives $5 off.
• Largest Pride: The largest Pride on race day wins a special prize and bragging rights!
• Together: Every step you take helps build Lions in Zambia and the USA.

Race Highlights...

Running golf cart paths on this scenic, hilly course will be a challenge for both seasoned runners and first-timers.

• Commemorative T-Shirt: All participants receive a special ROAR RUN T-SHIRT.
• Custom Medal: 5K & 10K finishers also earn a custom ROAR RUN MEDAL.
• Special Prizes: Top 3 male and female finishers in each age category win special prizes.
• Age Categories: 10 & under • 11–15 • 16–19 • 20–29 • 30–39 • 40–49 • 50–59 • 60+

After the Race...

Stick around, play some corn hole, grab a seat by the fire pit and enjoy a delicious breakfast burrito (included in your registration). Other snacks, drinks, and event merchandise are available for purchase.

Race Day (at PHCC) from 6:45 – 7:30 am near the start line.
