A Spooktacular Halloween-themed race presented by Oviedo Mall that promised fun, frights, and fantastic memories! Get ready to lace up your running shoes and put on your most creative Halloween attire, as we invite participants of all ages to join us in this hair-raising event.

• 7:00 am: Packet Pickup & Registration Opens
• 8:00 am: Race Starts

🏅 Awards

Top 3 males and top 3 females receive an award and top 3 male and female age groups will receive charm that connects to the medal. Age groups include 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74-75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+.

🏅 Finisher Medals

First 300 to register receive a finisher medal.

⏱️ Finish Line Timing

This event is a 5k run/walk chip timed with awards for the top 3 males and top 3 females overall.

📋 Day of Registration & Packet Pick Up

Packet pickup will take place on race day at race site from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

Parking is plentiful next to the race start location. The race starts and ends at the same location.

❓ FAQ

• Course Length: The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• Timing: The race uses an electronic timing system that records race time and place via a transponder chip that will be given out at registration. Each individual competing in the 5K is required to use the race chip.

💻 Results & Transfers

• Results: Official results are posted for the top runners in each category. Race staff has all results for on-site inquiries.
• Custom Chip: No, you will be provided with a custom chip.
• T-Shirt: Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete the registration and payment processes are guaranteed a shirt.
• Transfer Policy: We have a strict NO TRANSFER policy.

🚑 Health & Safety

• Medical Assistance: Qualified emergency medical professionals are available to provide assistance at the start/finish lines.
• Strollers: Yes, nurturing future generations of runners is a priority.
• Water: Yes, but there will be a water station on the course as well as at the finish.
• Refund Policy: We appreciate your race registration: however, we cannot issue refunds.

☔ Weather Policy

The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a raincoat or hat. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.

🐕 Pets & Spectators

Yes, you can participate in the event with your dog. Spectators are welcome to come. Bring a chair, dress up and be a part of the event. In order to run/walk you must register.
