Event Overview

• Tradition: The MOVE MGM Gobble Wobble is back, bringing Montgomery’s favorite Thanksgiving-week tradition to Cloverdale.
• Community: Join us for a family-friendly 5K that encourages our community to stay active and connect.
• Inclusivity: This event welcomes all fitness levels—runners, walkers, stroller-pushers, or enthusiastic wobblers.
• Registration: Completely FREE, with encouraged donations to the Heart of Alabama Food Bank.

About MOVE MGM

• Initiative: MOVE MGM is Montgomery’s signature health and wellness initiative.
• Launch: Launched by First Lady Tamika Reed to inspire residents to prioritize wellness.
• Events: Successful annual events including the Bunny Hop, Color Run, and Gobble Wobble.
• Mission: Improving health outcomes and fostering community pride for residents of all ages.

Event Highlights

• Course: Scenic 5K course through Cloverdale with cheerful volunteers and festive scenery.
• Vendor Village: Health & wellness vendors with demonstrations, screenings, and nutrition samples.

• Time: 1 PM – 4 PM
• Location: Cloverdale (final site details will be posted soon)
• Race-Day Pickup: Available beginning at 7:00 AM.

Race-Day Schedule

• 7:00 AM: Packet pickup opens
• 7:30 AM: Pre-race warm-up with MOVE MGM fitness partners
• 8:00 AM: Gobble Wobble 5K begins
• 9:00–10:00 AM: Vendor Village activities & cool-down zone
