About MOVE MGM
MOVE MGM is Montgomery’s signature health and wellness initiative, launched by First Lady Tamika Reed to inspire Montgomerians to prioritize fitness, wellness, and community connection throughout the year. With successful annual events—including the Bunny Hop, Color Run, and Gobble Wobble—MOVE MGM continues its mission of improving health outcomes, fostering city pride, and creating inclusive opportunities for residents of all ages to thrive.

The Gobble Wobble serves as a shining example of this mission in action: thousands of participants, wide community engagement, and charitable impact supporting regional food security.
