• Last-minute Packet Pickup: June 13, 5:00-6:30 a.m. at Payson Pool Pavilion
• Kid's Tri Packet Pickup: Saturday 7:15-8:00 a.m.

Distance

• 5K WALK/RUN ONLY: 5K
• REGULAR SPRINT TRI: 5k run, 18k bike, 300 yard swim (lifejackets permitted)
• TEAM SPRINT TRIATHLON: Same distances, for a team of 2-3 people.
• 12 AND UNDER SUPER-SPRINT TRI: 1.25-mile run, 2-mile bike, 100 yard swim (lifejackets permitted)

Race Course Overview

Regular Sprint Tri

• Run: Runners head east toward Peteetneet Road (600 E), then south up the canyon.
• Transition 1: Runners enter T1 from the Main Street side to grab bikes.
• Bike: An 11-mile ride through cherry orchards and scenic areas.
• Transition 2: Participants will walk their bikes to prepare for the swim.

Swim:

• Enter the pool, swimming 300 yards divided over six lanes.
• No stopping allowed when exiting, as times are recorded at the timing mat.

12 and Under Super-Sprint Tri

• Run: A mile around the ball fields marked with stickers.
• Bike: 2-mile loop on quiet Payson City streets.
• Swim: Four lengths (100 yards) in the pool, life jackets permitted.

Awards

• Sprint Triathlon: Awards for top three finishers overall and by age category.
• 12 and Under Super-Sprint Awards: Top three finishers overall and by age group.
• 5K Awards: Top three male and female finishers overall.

Registration Prices

• Sprint Triathlon Individual: $57 to $97 depending on date.
• Sprint Triathlon Teams: $127 to $197 depending on date.
• 12 and Under Super-Sprint: $43 to $67 depending on date.
• 5K ONLY: $33 to $47 depending on date.

• Caution: The bike leg crosses over train tracks twice: be alert.
