This is year 2 of our Hybrid races for 2026/27 (November through Summer) - Indoor races all winter/spring (200 meter tracks) and outdoors in summer (400 meter tracks)

Race Features

• Distances: 2 distances (long or short)
• Weight Levels: 4 weight levels (1-2-3-4)
• Team Options: Race as an Individual or 2 person team (same or mixed Gender)
• Venue: Races held at 200 meter indoor track facilities

Distances/Sequence

• Run 1: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Sled Push: 50m
• Run 2: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Sled Pull: 50m

• Run 3: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Ski Erg: 1000m
• Run 4: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Row Erg: 1000m

• Run 5: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Sandbag Carry: 200m
• Run 6: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Sandbag Lunges: 100m

• Run 7: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 100m
• Run 8: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Farmers Carry: 200m

• Run 9: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

Weight Levels (Male and Female)

Level 1

• Sled Push: 155 lbs
• Sled Pull: 125 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 50 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 20 lbs
• Farmers Carry: 20 lbs (each hand)

Level 2

• Sled Push: 245 lbs
• Sled Pull: 190 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 75 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 35 lbs
• Farmers Carry: 35 lbs (each hand)

Level 3

• Sled Push: 335 lbs
• Sled Pull: 250 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 100 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 50 lbs
• Farmers Carry: 55 lbs (each hand)

Level 4

• Sled Push: 425 lbs
• Sled Pull: 315 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 150 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 65 lbs
• Farmers Carry: 70 lbs (each hand)

Awards and Recognition

• Race T-shirts: Received by all participants
• Finisher Medal: Awarded to all finishers
• Overall Awards: Recognizing top performers

Morning Block (8:00AM–Noon)

Afternoon Block (Noon to 4 PM)

• Confirmation: We try to fill the earlier waves first - look for email to confirm your wave time works for you - we will put those who request afternoon in an afternoon wave regardless.
