Race Details
- Participants: Runners and walkers of all ages and skill levels are invited!
- Course: A 3.1 mile loop featuring the iconic and historic downtown Hillsboro and a hidden backwoods trail escape.
- Proceeds: All proceeds and donations will provide meal access and nourishment resources for the children of Hillsboro.
- Mission: Join Backwoods Brewing Company in the fight against child food insecurity.
Participant Guidelines
- Safety: Race participants are expected to stay on sidewalks, trail paths, and obey traffic and pedestrian laws.
- Strollers: Allowed, but be aware of the off-road trail that may be less stroller friendly.
- Prohibitions: Bicycles, skateboards, inline skates, and wagons are not allowed during the race.
Awards and Celebration
- Awards: Join us after the race on the Backwoods rooftop to receive awards.
- Commemorative Item: Participants will receive a Backwoods pint glass.
- Refreshments: Enjoy a beer or non-alcoholic drink of your choice!
- Community: Let's run hunger into the ground!
