- Tradition: Join us for Hutto's ONLY Turkey "Trail" Trot — a Thanksgiving morning tradition.
- Adventure: Choose between 1.1 to 3.1 miles and hit the Hippo Trails.
- Community Spirit: Enjoy a post-trot morning of fire pits, music, kids, and Thanksgiving spirit.

- Local Partnership: This year, proceeds will support Backpack Friends, a local Pflugerville nonprofit.
- Mission: They work to alleviate childhood hunger by providing nutritious food to children.

Trail Information
- Terrain: The routes are 1.1–3.1 miles on 100% dirt terrain with leaves, rocks, and roots.
- Caution: Watch your footing and come ready for a little dirt and trail grit.
- Family Friendly: Kids & dogs are welcome! Dogs must remain leashed.
- Strollers: Stroller use is at your own discretion: natural terrain can make passage difficult.
Post-Trot Activities
- Relax: Warm up by the fire pits and let the kids play.
- Connect: Enjoy coffee or hot chocolate and connect with neighbors.
- Creativity: Add your thoughts to our Communal Giving Thanks Banner.
- Activities: Enjoy local wellness partners, a Kid Zone, and slow down to enjoy the morning.
