• Registration Deadline: January 10, 2027, to guarantee a shirt
• Event Day Schedule: January 19, 2027: Check in opens at 8:00 AM, Race starts at 9:00 AM

Virtual Running - How It Works

• Participation: Run when & where you want: submit your time by end of race day.
• Results Submission: Submit your race time anytime through January 21, 2025, by 11:59 PM.

• Results Viewing: Available the Monday after the event date.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

• Conduct: Unsportsmanlike behavior will result in removal from the event with no refunds.
• No Refunds: All registrations are final: no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
• Weather Policy: Event will take place rain or shine: extreme weather may lead to cancellation without refunds.
• COVID-19 Policy: No refunds for COVID-related cancellations: events will be virtual if necessary.
