15K Wave Start Information

• Wave 1: 8:00 AM start - 4,600 capacity
• Wave 2: 8:05 AM start - 6,000 capacity
• Wave 3: 8:10 AM start - 6,000 capacity
• Wave 4: 8:15 AM start - 3,000 capacity

Wave 1 Requirements

• Qualifying Time: Must submit for registration
• Expected Finish Time: Under 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Pace: Must be able to run faster than 10 minutes per mile
• No Walkers: Allowed in this wave!

Wave 2 Requirements

• Expected Finish Time: Between 1 hour and 30 minutes and 2 hours
• Pace: Expected pace per mile between 10 and 11 minutes
• No Walkers: Allowed in this wave

Wave 3 Requirements

• Expected Finish Time: Between 2 hours and 2 hours and 40 minutes
• Pace: Expected pace per mile between 11 and 16 minutes
• No Walkers: Allowed in this wave

Wave 4 Requirements

• Expected Finish Time: Over 2 hours and 40 minutes
• Pace: Expected pace per mile - Over 16 minutes
• All Walkers: Should register in this wave
