🏃‍♂️ No Minds Left Behind 5K Run/Walk

Livingston County Community Mental Health invites you to participate in the annual No Minds Left Behind 5K Run/Walk. We are running to raise awareness for mental health issues including the reduction of stigma and the promotion of positive support. Mental illness affects 1 in 4 people every year, meaning that nearly every family in our community is affected. With positive support, people can live a rewarding life in the community just like anyone else.

📍 Course Details

• Location: We will run and walk on the beautiful Lakeland trail in Hamburg.
• Parking: Parking is at Zukey Lake Tavern, 5011 Girard Dr, Pinckney, MI 48169.
• Course Type: This will be an "out and back course" on the paved trail.

🕙 Race Start Time

10:00 AM

🏅 Awards

• Medals: Awards for top male and female for each age division.
• Age Divisions: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-over.

💵 Entry Fee Includes

• Cost: $25 until April 5th, then $30.
• Included: Snacks and water are provided at the event.
• T-shirt: Those who register after April 5th are not guaranteed a t-shirt in a particular size.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Friday, May 2nd from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Genesis House located at 1137 E. Grand River Ave., Howell, MI 48843.
• Race Day Pickup: Race day morning at the race location starting at 9:00 am.

If you would like to sponsor a member/consumer to participate in the run/walk, please utilize the online donations system by clicking the button at the top of the page. The cost is $25 per member/consumer.

⏱ Timing

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live and posted on this website.
