North Dakota State Fair Run the Route 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the annual North Dakota State Fair Run the Route 5K on July 19th and kick off the day with a fun run along the parade route!

📝 Registration

• Online Registration: Registration will be open online until 08:00am on 7/19/2025.
• Race Day Registration: Available the morning of the event at the Our Redeemers packet pickup location (see below).

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Friday: July 18th – Roosevelt Park Zoo from 4:30pm - 7:00pm
• Saturday: July 19th – Our Redeemers from 7:30am - 8:30am

💰 Entry Fee

• Ages 13 and up: $25 through June 30th, $30 in July
• Children 8-12: $15 through June 30th, $20 in July
• Children 7 and under: Free

⏰ Starting Time & Locations

• Start Time: 8:45am 7/19/2025
• Start Location: Our Redeemers Church (South Hill Sports Complex)
• Finish Line: Burdick Expy at the State Fair Gate E Entrance
• Parking: Parking will be available at the Our Redeemers Church parking lot.
• Important: All participants will be responsible for own transportation to starting lines and from finish.

🎽 Additional Information

• T-shirts: Run the Route T-shirts will be given to the first 300 registrants.
• Admission Ticket: All runners receive an admission ticket to the State Fair on completion of the 5K.
• Awards: Concert tickets and trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female finishers.
• Category Awards: Small awards will also be given to the top male and female in the following categories: Under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

❤️ Community Impact

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to children's running groups/programs in our community (BIOGirls, Strides for Sunnyside, etc.)
