Registration Details

• Shirt Guarantee: Register before 9/6/2026 to guarantee your Recover Brands shirt.
• Shirt Policy: Each participant receives a long-sleeve shirt while supplies last.
• Size Switching: NO SWITCHING SIZES – NO EXCEPTIONS: you may switch after the race if sizes are available.
• Kids Kilometer Shirts: 100% cotton for kids participating in the event.

Awards and Recognition

• Awards Ceremony: Recognizing age group and overall winners approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
• Age Group Divisions: Includes various categories from Overall to 75+.
• Unclaimed Awards: Awards will not be shipped if unclaimed.
• Categories: Overall, Masters, 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.

Policies

• Refunds and Transfers: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the course for safety reasons.
• Strollers: Baby joggers are welcome, but no awards category for them.
• Medical Support: Provided by Novant Health, with emergency contact to volunteers.

Additional Information

• Water Stops: Available during the event with porta-potties at the start/finish area.
• Weather Policy: Events will be held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation due to inclement weather will not lead to refunds or transfers.
• Event Adjustments: Run Charlotte reserves the right to alter, cancel, or eliminate any parts of the event as needed.
