• Race Options: Choose between a family-friendly 5K or a scenic 15K.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, October 11
• Time: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM at Run For Your Life locations
• Morning Pickup: Sunday, race morning from 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM
• Locations: Midtown, Piper Glen, University

👕 Event T-Shirts

• Shirt Guarantee: Register before September 6, 2025, to guarantee your size.
• Shirt Details: Long-sleeve shirts for participants while supplies last.
• Size Policy: No size switching allowed during the event.
• Kids Kilometer Shirts: 100% cotton.

🏆 Awards & Age Group Divisions

• Ceremony Time: Approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
• Awards Categories: Overall, Masters, and various age groups.
• Note: Unclaimed awards will not be shipped.
• Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, and so on up to 75+.

🚫 Policies

• Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the course for safety reasons.
• Strollers: Baby joggers are welcome, but no awards for this category.
• Medical Services: Provided by Novant Health: call 9-1-1 for emergencies.

💧 Logistics

• Water Stops: Available throughout the course.
• Porta-Potties: Located at the start/finish area.
• Weather Policy: Events are held rain or shine: no refunds for cancellations.
• Event Changes: RunCharlotte reserves the right to alter or cancel event portions.
