👕 Event T-Shirts

• Shirt Guarantee: Register before 9/6/2025 to ensure your shirt size.
• Shirt Details: All participants receive a long-sleeve shirt while supplies last.
• No Size Switching: Sizes cannot be swapped: switches can occur after the race if available.
• Kids Kilometer: Shirts are 100% cotton.

🏆 Awards & Age Group Divisions

• Awards Ceremony: Approximately 30 minutes after the first finisher.
• Divisions: Overall, Masters, 14 & Under through 75+.
• Note: Unclaimed awards will not be shipped.
• Categories: Recognized for age group and overall winners.

💰 Refunds and Transfers

• Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🐶 Course Guidelines

• Dogs: Not allowed on the course for safety reasons.
• Strollers: Welcome! All baby jogger pushers will start with everyone else.
• Awards: No category for strollers or baby joggers.

🚑 Medical & Safety

• First Aid: Provided by Novant Health at the start/finish line.
• Emergency Protocol: Alert an event volunteer in case of an on-course emergency.

💦 Facilities

• Water Stops: Multiple available along the course.
• Porta-Potties: Located at the start/finish area.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy

• Conditions: Events held rain or shine unless deemed unsafe.
• Cancellations: No refunds or transfers for cancellations due to weather.
• Rights Reserved: RunCharlotte may alter or cancel parts of the event as needed.
